What Is Covered
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to qualifying repairs performed by Jack Giambalvo Collision Center and listed on your final repair order.
Depending on the original repair, covered workmanship may include:
Body and structural repairs
Paint refinishing
Striping and decals applied during the repair
Installation of covered replacement parts
When a covered paint issue is confirmed, Jack Giambalvo Collision Center may re-prime, repaint, restripe or reapply decals to the affected repaired area. Paint coverage applies only when the finish was applied over an original factory surface that was free of pre-existing defects.
How Long Does Coverage Last?
Coverage remains in effect for as long as the repaired vehicle is owned by the customer listed on the original repair order. The warranty is tied to that customer and vehicle and is not transferable to a future owner.
Parts and Outside Services
Parts, materials or services provided by outside suppliers, including sublet work and sublet labor, may be covered by the separate warranty offered by that supplier or manufacturer. Those items are subject to the terms and limitations of the applicable supplier warranty.
What Is Not Covered
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by a new accident or impact
Negligence, abuse, misuse or improper maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Rust or corrosion originating beneath or through the vehicle's metal
Scratches, chips, dents or gravel marks caused by normal driving conditions
Damage to areas or components that were not part of the original repair
Pre-existing defects or damage
Towing, rental vehicle costs, travel expenses or other incidental expenses
Indirect or consequential damage involving components not covered by the original repair
